Hey everyone. I started using this about a week ago and can't manage to keep my 1200 calorie goal. I'm 25 weigh 142 and I'm 5'2. I eat special k and skim milk most morning. With a snack of grapes or yogurt. For lunch I eat veggies and some pb and some turkey. Sometimes having egg whites instead. Dinner is usually a healthy choices steamer meal or grilled chicken with more veggies. I work out a few times a week but nothing crazy. I havnt reached 1200 calories yet and everyone says I'm starving myself but I'm honestly not hungry. Any advice? Am I okay? I wanna get down to 120 lbs!!

Try eating more calorie dense food instead of "diet food". Switch up the special K for something more substantial (oatmeal as an example) Special K is not healthy, it has nothing of value in it (no fiber, no protein, few vitamins and minerals). Try switching up your milk to 1% from skim. Add a handful of nuts and/or seeds to your day (full of calories and good healthy fats) Nut butters work well too. Add olive oil to soups and sauces. add avocado to salads or sandwiches. replace 1 glass of water with a glass of juice.

You don't have to eat more food just more calories, like I said above this can be done by eating more calorie dense food.
