Is there a way to increase the brightness of the backlight?
I'm currently working on losing 40-50#'s. I'm 5'3 and weigh 180 currently. I used to be an avid runner. Working on getting back there. And I like yoga. Looking for people who are supportive and active.

Pros/cons? I have a Fitbit flex. And an old garmin. Would the vivo active track daily steps and also running Etc?
I'm going to supplement my diet and exercise with these products. I've done some research and found a lot of positive results with thyroid patients (which I am) anyone else have good experience?
Do I really need 1g/lb of body weight to help build muscle? I know to truly gain muscle you should eat more but I need to drop about 20# first. Not looking to be a body builder. Just gain strength. I lift at home 3 days a week and run at least 3 days. And do yoga.
