I use isopure unflavored whey or their no carb vanilla. It's gross tho and I have to add a bit of chocolate syrup lol! I only use one scoop at a time. Each scoop is 25 grams of protein at a time.

And really I do weigh everything on a digital scale. I was looking back at my Fitbit steps and Im not averaging 10k steps as often as I thought. I forget to charge my Fitbit tho. I do have a garmin vivo active on its way I'm excited about.

I checked the sites for TDEE and BMR and looks like I need to bump up my calories up to 1600. I'm going to try that and really focus on being more active. Only 30 minutes. Maybe I just need to focus on getting my HR up for longer each day. Most of my steps come from just daily work around the house. Farm chores. Those kinds of things. I used to run 1/2 marathons. You'd think this would be easy

Unless 1200 is too much. I know I can drop Weight by only eating 900 but that's not sustainable nore is it healthy.

I'm not eating too much. I weigh everything. I do not eat any exercise calories back.

Oh I track calories. I weigh everything. I don't really feel like my body shape has changed. But maybe it has. I hate that it's so easy to gain but feels like triple effort is required to get it back off.

I am on levothyroxine. Have been for about 7 years. And my levels have been great the last few months with my new Endo. I had seen some info that they support metabolism especially with hypothyroid. Just curious if anyone experienced that.

Yes, def want to preserve muscle. Was just worrying when some days I'm lucky to hit 40g of protein. I do my best to keep it up there but like I said I seem to have some days of low protein. And I'm sure way to many carbs on those days.

Thank you! I just want to be healthy and strong and to hit 80-120g that's a lot of food I would rather exchange for veggies or fruit. I have powder to supplement but I don't care for shakes much. Figuring out macros is an interesting endeavor.

I need some too! I only have about 2 that log in everyday. The rest are every couple months lol! I've lost 30# but reset my weight at the first of the year. Down 10 so far. About 30 more to go!
