Anyone know of a good recipe book
I like to plan my meals in advance...to compare to the weekly food ad sales. Does any have a really good low cal recipe book with multi meal plans. Anything that focus on quick meals (40min & under) with the cals printed would be easier than sifting though my Great but *oldfashioned*-High cal. cookbooks. Thanks!

Sometimes I need a kick to the behind, other times hand held. I'll gladly do the same. Good luck to all. May we break a sweat and…
