  • Well I found it a site to help me out....Sparkpeople.com thier workout generator Is a great foundation source for weights and band workouts. Plus, There suggestion on how many reps to do and video to show good form. New fave.:heart:

  • I know the water is great here...though I never knew it till a trip to seattle in high school. I dislike water but *treated* water is a Sad thing.
