I love to see people's weight loss pictures and success stories, but honestly most people focus on the "looks" part of it. Not saying that isn't a great motivator, but It would be much more motivating for me if people included what health benefits they got after they lost weight. I just got the book _8 Steps to a Pain-free Back_ ironically, to address knee pain issues, and am currently modifying my posture and walking style. It seems to be helping a good deal, but I wondered if anyone else has some experience with it and what the results were?
