HRM and swimming
I have a Polar FT40, and it says it's water resistant to 30 meters. But if I swim with it (and try to figure out what my burn is), it doesn't register my hr, and I just get 00%. 200 calories make all the difference!
I've noticed that on days where I don't exercise, and my calorie goal is 1,200, I can very easily run over that amount, and feel like I'd like to (b/c I'm hungry).
