Blendtecs..
My Blendtec arrived this afternoon... Any suggestions what to make? I have just made an amazing fresh tomato and rocket soup and I'm planning on making green smoothies every morning with it. Any other ideas? This thing is a beast! Any experiences would be good to hear:)

Question for cyclists about rollers
Hi, so I have recently inherited 4 bikes, (3 racing, 1 hybrid) and am planning to get out riding. I was thinking of getting something so I can use them indoors when its wet out (or I'm just too nervous of cars). I was looking at the two options, i.e. a turbo trainer or a set of rollers, and am thinking the rollers will fit…

Calf muscles... one word... OWWWWWWW!!!!
So, I've been trying to do a small amount of exercise to complement my calorie cutting. Mostly walking/T'ai Chi/very bad negative pull ups, and for the last two days, 30 day shred. I'm trying to work out what would be a good routine with having an upper back injury, knee issues and fibromyalgia. The back injury…

Not seeing any changes :(
So I've been trying really hard these last few weeks, barely ever gone over my calorie goal of 1200, I've been doing at least an hour of exercise every day, including Pilates, and I've tried eating more veg and other things. At first my weight came off quite quickly but now it has gone up and is staying there, and I don't…

Hi, Im Hannah - a 20 year old from the UK. I was recently diagnosed with fibromyalgia, and my weight has been steadily increasing since last November (when I was involved in a nasty car accident and was injured.) I used to be a really active person, but now I am not well enough to do what I used to love. I keep trying to…
