Early Morning Running
I like to get up early 5.30am and go for a run before getting ready for work. I am looking for some advice on what to eat / drink before I go out. I obviously cant wait for an hour after having a breakfast. Normally I just have a glass of water and then off I go....... Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I am new to running and getting close to finishing the C25K program. When people start to go on longer runs, do you take fluids, food etc. with you? If so how do you carry it? Thanks.

Hi everyone, How much is a cup of water? MFP advises you to drink 8 cups a day, I drink around 1.5 litres a day, is this enough?
