Most loathed exercise move in L1?
Mine are static lunges with bicep curls - very closely followed by push-ups. Everything else is okay but the lunges make me roar in pain!!! What is your most hated move in level 1?

Tough 1st Day!
This is a smashing group - really love it! I'm a Catholic and on Ash Wednesday we are required to fast so I exercised this morning whilst I had more energy, haha! Had a sesh on the elliptical machine. Weighed myself yesterday and have hidden the scales away for 40 days now! That'll be temptation if nothing else! haha!
