What's the difference between a FitBit One and FitBit Ultra?

I'd really like to get one, but I'm finding it very confusing which is the better product as I can't really tell the difference other than visually between the two! Can anyone help please?

I'm not sure that there is a major difference between the two of them.

Supposedly it has a clear display which is easier to read in sunlight, it can synch directly to the Iphone 4s and Samsung Galaxy S3 , it sends motivational messages to your phone, has an silent alarm feature and has a different wrist band which is meant to be easier to read the display through. However, supposedly it has to be worn in a cradle which doesn't feel as secure as the ultra and the way in which it needs to be charged is different.

I have the Ultra and I do find it really good. I would be tempted to get the One if my phone was one of the one's it is compatible with.

The ultra is the older model which was replaced by the One and the Zip. The Flex is coming out later in the year.
