What's the difference between a FitBit One and FitBit Ultra?

I'd really like to get one, but I'm finding it very confusing which is the better product as I can't really tell the difference other than visually between the two! Can anyone help please?

I'm not sure that there is a major difference between the two of them.
Supposedly it has a clear display which is easier to read in sunlight, it can synch directly to the Iphone 4s and Samsung Galaxy S3 , it sends motivational messages to your phone, has an silent alarm feature and has a different wrist band which is meant to be easier to read the display through. However, supposedly it has to be worn in a cradle which doesn't feel as secure as the ultra and the way in which it needs to be charged is different.
I have the Ultra and I do find it really good. I would be tempted to get the One if my phone was one of the one's it is compatible with.0 -
The ultra is the older model which was replaced by the One and the Zip. The Flex is coming out later in the year.0
