Anyone else having trouble with upping calories?

Weighing and high-sodium intake?
Tomorrow is my weekly weigh day, but I've consumed a lot of sodium in my diet today. Well over the 2500 goal MFP has set for me. Is this going to affect the scale in the morning? I'm wondering if I should wait maybe a day or two so I don't get discouraged. Thanks!

I started tracking my calories and exercising on February 12th, 2013. Since then, I've lost 11 pounds (I have a goal of losing 30), but I have yet to notice any difference in my appearance. What to eat when you're under your calorie goal?
Lately I've been having a problem with reaching my calorie goal. I'll be really good about my eating all day, getting my exercise in, ect. but at the end of the day, I'll be as much as 600 calories under on same days. Should you eat back the calories you burn through exercise?
Such as today, I burned 400 calories through exercising. Should I eat an extra 400 calories or just continue with my regular 1200 calorie goal for the day? Also, will I lose weight faster if I don't eat the calories back?
