Les Mills Body Combat or P90X????
I am currently under 2 weeks away from finishing Insanity and unsure what to do next. If people would like to help me decide. Should i do an easier workout like Les Mills Body Combat and then do P90x or go straight into P90x???? I would really appreciate peoples views. I'm also wondering how long to take off, 1 or 2 weeks…

Meal replacement shakes used as protein shakes
Hi Can i use a meal replacement shake as a protein shake straight after workout. for 50g it has 16.7g of protein which is whey protein isolates. I'm thinking of start using it tomorrow and might even have 1 as a replacement as dinner as well to save calories. What do people think
