BCAA's - which brand is your favorite?
I'm looking for a brand of clean BCAA's. So many have unwanted, unnecessary fillers and looking to find something healthy and clean. Could you give me your best brand? Also wondering if it makes a difference that I'm a 50+ female ~ Thanks!

How long can I access log/notes here?

I'm in Love with Run Keeper (App)

Nutrition percentages
Today when tracking my total meals I realized that I ate about 60% fat, 30% carbs and 10% protein. If I stayed within my usual calories which is around 1500 calories a day (I'm female) and I exercise almost every day (treadmill) do you think a person can lose weight with these percentages? The calories aren't too high but…
