How long can I access log/notes here?

Can I access my notes, food and exercise log here at MFP indefinitely? I'm a former member of Sparkpeople and also WW, and was very discouraged when I found out I could only go back 3 months to look at any food logs and notes (for inspiration) Does anyone know if there's a time/date limit on accessing this info? Thanks for any help!

Well, I can access my diary (food/exercise log) back to 2016. Never made notes, so can’t answer that part of your question. The cool part is it also tells me my calories I was allotted at that time.
