Logging Insanity in Exercise, and shoes?
I started Insanity this past week. I will start my fourth disc today (pure cardio) but I am concerned on how I log this into my Exercise tab. Yesterday was Cardio Recovery, so I put Calisthenics, light. For Plyometric I put aerobic high and I added calisthenics, vigorous effort. There must be an easier way to log this in?…
