Biking pack recommendationns
I ride to work and have a backpack that food all I need change of clothes, laptop, repair kits and tools, etc... But my back gets soaked worth sweat, especially in high Temps. Can any one recommend a pack (backpack or messenger) that is easy on the sweat? Maybe with some sort of venting or something? Thanks

I understand that major weight loss in a short period of time is not good for the human body. Activity level?
I recently bought a pedometer and hfor the last week have been counting my steps. I have been averaging about 6000 steps a day. Would this alone, be enough ot put me in the lightly active role? Or should there be more activity to be considered lightly active? Thanks
