Hey all, I have a question about calories burned via HRM. I have been walking the local park walking track. The first time I wore the HRM my cals burned was 47 mins 320, next time it was 44 mins 275, today it was 44 mins 254. Is it normal for there to be such a difference? This is within 1 week. Back injury doing Ripped in 30

Strength training with no gym
So..I really enjoy strength training but I can't afford a gym membership right now. Does anyone out there know if it's even possible to do this way? (eg: using household items, bodyweight, etc.) Any and all tips are appreciated!
