I think I am eating too much fiber, and it's causing me a bit of discomfort. I generally try to eat healthy, and I'm a pescetarian (and I don't eat dairy). I'm trying to eat more fish. But does anyone have any tips for low-fiber , yet healthy, foods? Thanks.
