Insanity - how much do you burn with HRM
My HRM has me around 320 calories for normal Plyo Circuit and Cardio Power and Resistance days. On another board people mentioned that is way too low and I should check my HRM. So now I am curious. What does your HRM say? Also include height and weight if you don't mind. I am 5'2 and 155.

Calories for juicing?
For those that add fresh juice to their diet. Is there a way to enter this or do you just add the ingredients seperately (ie green apple, pear, kale, etc)?
