I add them to my protein shakes in the morning, but it just feels like I am chewing them. I tried making a chia pudding with almond milk and stevia and I am not a big fan of the texture. What else can I do with these? I feel like I should stick with my ground flax seed because I can't really taste that. Just wondering what to do to fnish the bag.

Add them to turkey or chicken meatloaf / meatballs / burgers.0

I add them to my Greek Yogurt at lunch. It's a little crunchy but the benefits out way the the crunch. If you let them sit for a couple minutes in natural apple sauce, mustard, light mayo, etc., they loose the crunch, they expand with a little gel film.0

I'm not a huge fan of the flavor of eggs, so I use a chia gel as a substitute for up to 3 eggs in a recipe (chia seed + water, allow to stand for 15 minutes).0
