Too "heavy" to work out... Any tips??
My heart wants it, my mind wants it, I feel motivated... Then I get to the gym and my body says Nope! I'm 5'2, 244, so I just feel too heavy to get moving and it's very discouraging. I also have knee pain from an old injury. Sigh... I don't know what to do.

Which BMR formula do I use??
Katch-Mcardle which gives me a BMR of 1695 or Harris-Benedict which gives me a BMR of 1872? Big difference. Trying to figure out what amount I should be eating... I am 31, 5'2 and 246 lbs. Am I eating enough?? 1200 cals
Hi... This is my 2nd week of tracking on mfp. I am 5'2 and 246 lbs. I chose a goal of 2 lbs a week and mfp says to keep to 1200 cals a day. Last week, I didn't really go over that amount daily, and was under on my fats. But I didn't lose anything, I expected to lose at least 1 or 2 lbs of water weight. I have not worked…

Do I eat back the calories I burn from exercising??
I am on 1200 calories a day to lose 2 lbs a week and I have been successful at staying at or close to that goal... I am going to start insanity next week for the 2nd time, should I eat back the calories I burn? Or some? Thanks!!
