Low Calories
Hi *waves* I think I'm doing well, I've lost about 10lbs in the last 5 weeks :D But I've noticed that 80% of the time I never eat more than 1000 calories, I know it's normal being fuller from fat - but is it ok to be eating so little?

Has loosing the weight made you happy?
Everybody does it, thinking if they reach their goal it will change their life for the better. I'm just curious, has the weightloss made you more accepting of your own skin? Does it actually make you happy?

Pear shape success

Dairy Intolerance
Since I started trying to clean up my diet I have been eating a lot more dairy.
