Training for a half marathon during winter
In order to get back into running and keep my motivation going through winter I've signed up to do a half marathon in March but I'm wondering how you all manage with motivation when its dark and the weathers cold (I live in the UK so snow isn't so much of a problem) Any tips or advice?

I'm thinking about trying TDEE-20% but am confused as to if my activity level would be classed as moderate or not. Hi, I'm trying to figure out, what my activity level should be. I have a desk job which means i sit at my desk for nigh on 8 hours a day.
