TDEE
Whilst eating at TDEE, should I use exercise (which I do love) to create a calorie deficit for weight loss? I'm very new at this TDEE stuff. After 600 - 1200 net cals a day for the past 2 years I figure this is the next avenue. Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

Exercising off all consumed calories, is it safe?
So I've regained my motivation, and it's come back with a vengeance ???? I'm exercising every day, schedule looks a little like this; Monday, Wednesday, Friday- 30min Couch to 5k (jogging) Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday- 60mins aerobics, 25mins EA Sports Active 2 (exercise game on PS3) Saturday- 30mins swimming laps.
