Exercising off all consumed calories, is it safe?

So I've regained my motivation, and it's come back with a vengeance ????
I'm exercising every day, schedule looks a little like this;
Monday, Wednesday, Friday- 30min Couch to 5k (jogging)
Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday- 60mins aerobics, 25mins EA Sports Active 2 (exercise game on PS3)
Saturday- 30mins swimming laps.
I'm eating 1200 calories, some days less, only because I'm not hungry.
Weight loss has been consistant at 2kg loss per week (4.4lb)
And I'm a stay at home mum of 2 beautiful babies :)
I feel great! Full of energy, sleeping well.
I know I should up my calories a little, but I'm enjoying the weightloss, and I feel fantastic! So is there really a need?

    you're going to plateau and crash hard unless you up the calories. burning ALL your consumed calories is not safe, and eventually you'll start seeing side effects like severe lethargy and a stall in your weight loss, if not a gain.

    Unless I'm missing something, I don't see how you're burning 1200 calories off with that. I mean, don't get me wrong, your workout plan sounds awesome and good for you for keeping up with it, but I didn't think 30 minutes of jogging or swimming would burn 1200 calories?

    Even if you are burning zero calories, 1200 is not enough. you will eventually plateau (because you have damaged your body's ability to function properly due to VLCD), lose lean body mass (versus fat), and eventually GAIN weight at that caloric intake. (and sleep will suffer, attitude will suffer, etc.)

    PLease eat more

    I see you are about half way to your goal weight. While larger calorie deficits appear to have minimal risk when you are at a higher weight, the less body fat you have, the more you risk losing lean body mass.
    I enjoyed quick weight loss in the beginning myself (around the same rate as yours). I recently have found myself to be tired, depressed, and lacking in vim. So, time to up my calories it is. I knew rapid weight loss had a shelf life, and so it has. But, I'm half way to my weight goal, and under 30% in body fat, so it's time to slow down and keep all the muscle I have.

    The way that MFP is intended to be used is to lose weight safely, by eating at least 1200 calories a day. If you exercise, you need to eat more calories. The 1200 calories is for things like making antibodies, so that you can fight off disease. It's so that your body can use protein for repairing muscles, so that you benefit from exercise and heal from injuries. It's for making thyroid hormones, so that all of the cells in your body can continue to function metabolically and burn calories efficiently, and keep you at your physical and mental best.
