logging exercise here
Hi: When walking with the DVDs how do you log the exercise? I've been putting 4 or 5 mph, very brisk pace. How do you guys log? Thanks Nanci Started Feb 24/13 - 4 days in a row with DVDs :)

Hi: Joined up last night. Lost about 20 lbs over the summer, but now that it's winter, I've stopped my daily walking. Put it all back on. Starting again, using my DVDs for the winter, eating better again starting TODAY. :)
