Working Out/Eating Recommended Cals = Not Losing
I've been eating 1,300 cals/day and working out 5 times a week (30 mins on the treadmill at max incline with speed 3-4 mph = about 300 cals) for months and have not lost, if anything I've gained a few lbs. Logging Weight Lifting
i just started doing some weight lifting, basic stuff like squats and lunges with 5-10 lb weights, as well as some tricep stuff but I can't seem to figure out a way to log it and see calories burned. Any tips?

No calories for strength training?
I entered some exercises under "Strength Training" and it didn't report calories burned. Does anyone know why that is?
