I really suck at this whole healthy eating/exercise thing. I start off really well, then it fizzles out. Breakfast ideas
I really don't like sweet things first thing in the morning and milk sit too heavily on my stomach first thing, so I steer clear of cereals and fruit. I've been having scrambled egg or toast but I need some new ideas. What does everyone else eat for breakfast?
