Low calorie meals

I'm fairly new to this whole calorie counting thing. I've always been Slimming World girl.
So far I've just been eating my normal meals (we eat fairly healthy/balanced meals anyway) and have just cut out the snacking in between. But I'd really like to pull back my calories more to give myself a boost but when it comes to low cal meals I'm drawing a blank so I thought I'd pick your brains...
What do you eat for lunches and dinners that is tasty, filling and low cal.
The things I'm not keen on are salad tomatoes (but am perfectly happy with plum tomato based sauces for pasta and the like) and anything vinegary.
I lean more towards rice and pasta rather than meat, but am willing to try anything.

I'm an Innocent Veg Pot girl. Which I top up with Veg.
I went through a stage of buying veg packs from the supermarket and eating those for lunch. I was super full as there was about thre epersons worth of veg but so few calories.0 -
Also, my friend Sam RAVES about those M&S Fuller for Longer meals. Try copying those - the protien mix keeps you fuller and they're lower cal.0

I was just about to say Omelette lol. I have Omelettes often for Breakfast, but you can have them any time of the day. An Omelette I make has just over 200kcal, which consists of 1 whole egg, 2 egg whites, 1 quorn sausage, bell peppers, onions and mushrooms. I usually have about 100g of Heinz Baked Beans (Sugar and Salt Reduced) with this. So it can come to about just under 300kcal in total.0

Hmm, low calorie? I try to keep all of my meals around 400-450 and that is low to me. My favorite lunch is a whole grain bagel, with a tablespoon of organic peanut butter and banana slices. Hits the spot and fills me up until dinner! Dinner I eat a ton of veggies, a veggie burger of some sort and fruit. Try to keep everything balanced and within 400-450 calories if possible.0

I recently began eating veggie burgers. Never thought I would like them but I do! The Morningstar Farms are the ones I eat. They range in calorie between 120 and 170 calories. I think they even have more protein that a beef burger. I love the grillers. Tonight I have trying the pizza flavor I think that's it. I eat them on Martin's Whole Wheat rolls, the dinner roll size. It a perfect size and they really fill me up. The potato rolls have less sodium that's why I eat them. I also add a slice of swiss cheese for about 70 calories. Swiss also has less sodium than american. Good luck!0
