I gained weight too. I quit after 2 months and have switched to a less intensive exercise regime and am following Slimming World instead. You look amazing hun, I think I must've been doing it wrong...lol

I love love love seeing before and after pictures and hearing how people changed their lives. It's so motivating :) Thanks for sharing and you did an awesome job, you look fantastic!

My feet, hand and forearms...yeah that's it really.

You're welcome to add me, but I don't have my diary available for people to see. I'm worried that if I have a bad day I won't log it honestly so I'm keeping that to myself for now...just until I break this bad eating habit.

I'm in the UK, feel free to add me :)

Feel free to add me. I could use some supportive friends. I'm 33yrs btw

I had/have similar parents (although I haven't lived with mine for some time) My Mum deep fried everything and the only time I got healthy food was when SHE wanted to lose weight, I wasn't overweight back then so I guess she looked at me and didn't feel the need to feed me healthy food. I totally feel your pain. Well done…

I'm only 33yrs but I'm always open to new friends and could do with the support.

Wow! You've done so great!!! You should be super proud!

Thank you. Added you. Maybe I should give some details too. I'm 33yrs, married and have 2 daughters (3yrs and 5yrs), I'm currently a SAHM but only since having my 2nd daughter. I have 2 lots of babyweight to lose. My goal isn't to be skinny, pretty etc, I just want to be healthy. I want my girls to see me as a role model…

Not the odd one out. My goal is initially 154lb. I don't have a big frame, but I am top heavy (even when thin) so I have to take that into account.

Thank you
