How do you log in the exercise for Couch to 5K? I am starting tomorrow and want to make sure I have logged it right. I was thinking of logging the amount of min I run as a light jog or something similar and then logging the walking part separately. Sound good? Any other ideas?

Yesterday was day 15! Eating healthier, exercising regularly and I am down 7.4lbs. Is it too early to get excited about all this?? Do I need a goal?
Does everyone have a goal? Long term or short term? How important are they to you? I am working on losing weight and exercising and eating healthy and obviously would like the scale to take a huge dip but I don't have exact goals... If I had to be honest, I think I am a little afraid to set some in fear of failure.
