How do you log in the exercise for Couch to 5K?
I am starting tomorrow and want to make sure I have logged it right. I was thinking of logging the amount of min I run as a light jog or something similar and then logging the walking part separately.
Sound good?
Any other ideas?

That is a totally fair way to do it. You can also get a HRM and use that reading, or you can use an app like Runkeeper or Runtastic, which keeps track of your time/distance. If you sync it to MFP, when you close your workout in the running app, it automatically reports it to your MFP profile. It's pretty nifty. Even though I have a HRM, for runs, walks, or run/walks, I prefer to use a running app. (I have Runkeeper and the paid version of Runtastic and still prefer Runkeeper, but there's no major difference.)0

When you complete a workout, it will ask if you want to "share" it anywhere, and it gives you the options of Facebook, Twitter and MFP. If you select MFP, it'll automatically transfer the calories burned, though I do feel like it underestimates a little...0
