Not new just looking for new motivation
Good day all! I'm not new to MFP but I'm looking for new motivation. I just turned 30 in January. I'm currently 208 lbs and I would ideally like to get to 150lbs and who knows, maybe even further. I have to remember its one bite at a time.

how often do you weigh yourself?
I am throwing this out there just to see what everyone does. I like to weigh myself first thing every morning. Even if I only lose a tenth of a pound. It still makes me feel good. Anyone else?

NSV - the gym
I went to the gym today for the first time! Yay me! but thats not the best part. I met with a trainer today and did a "fitness assessment" At the end of it all he suggested I train with him twice weekly for 4 months and I would be healthy! welcoming a change
