Just got the results back today at work from a voluntary biometric screening. Being young and stupid, I never really paid attention to stuff like cholesterol and etc, other than knowing that high is bad for most things. I'm not here to toot my horn or anything, just curious about where my levels fall on the good/okay/bad…
I am needing to increase my daily fiber intake and am looking for some good fiber heavy foods. Been trying to work more beans and fruits like apples and bananas in, but still have been coming up short on my daily recommended amount. Would greatly appreciate any input.
