I'm 5 ft 10/11. Started at 250 last April and am down to 163. All it takes is dedication and making it a habit to log EVERYTHING and you can definitely accomplish want you're aiming for.

I have a 32 oz water bottle which makes it quite simple. Fill it up twice for the 'recommended' 8 glasses of water a day. In truth I usually end up drinking a full 32 oz around 4 or so times a day.
