What's the Best Time to Eat?
I try to set up my meals around my exercise when possible. So, here is my question. is it better to eat before or after exercise? my rationale is that it is better to eat after because your body is still churning from exercise and your metabolism is already amped up. just curious if there is a cut and dry right answer.
