I was thinking about doing the 100 pushup challenge or something along those lines along with the stronglifts. I know pushups *used* to be a part of stronglifts but aren't any more. I feel like my benchpress, and OHP are lagging way behind in terms of progress and was thinking adding pushups may help both... any thoughts,…

Yoga to compliment starting strength.
Hey Everybody, I was hoping somebody might have a recommendation for a yoga routine/dvd/online video's/website/any of the above that is geared towards complimenting a lifting program.
