Hey Everybody,
I was hoping somebody might have a recommendation for a yoga routine/dvd/online video's/website/any of the above that is geared towards complimenting a lifting program. I've found a few random websites just by google searching but if anybody has done one that really helped I'd like to know!
Thanks in advance.

I don't know of a specific DVD, but I have some suggestions that might help you search for titles or reviews. I think flexibility in the hips, shoulders, and back are good to focus on for lifters.

Balance is nice, too! (But I don't personally do a lot of the difficult balance moves because I have nerve damage in that system, and it gets frustrating to attempt some of those poses, lol).

You'll find nice sessions for shoulder opening or hip opening, etc, easily on DVD or youtube. It's harder to find one you really like that is combined, I think, so I do my own combos. Or another option is to get series for each that are shorter and then do them all back-to-back.
