After 5 is where the calories go up!!!
I really need to get organized so that I quit eating so many calories after work. I eat way to much! If I tame that down I think I will start losing pretty good. Has anything worked for you to solve this problem?

It is the 1st of the Month!
Today is the day I really get serious. I have been slacking on my tracking lately and haven't been exercising. Last night I ate another whole pizza by myself. I am finished with that lifestyle. I am starting new. My birthday is in 6 months and I am going to be down 15 pounds! :)

Specific Binge foods
I have a few trigger foods that I have severe difficulty rationing. Would it be better to give those items up or just work really really hard at trying to cure myself from the lack of will power around these foods? What has worked for you?

Day 24 logging---Boy do I eat a lot!
