Oats don't keep me full for long. I always read dietitians recommending oats for a good filling breakfast and I am so surprised. Eggs on low calorie bread keep me happy the longest in terms of breakfast foods.

My husband's coworker who is in his 40's was on a ventilator for around 24 days with covid. He was in the hospital for a total of around 35 days. He is now in a rehab facility because of the lost muscle tone and other effects of being in bed for so long. It was so scary to see the updates on him. It was definitely a very…

This is totally me! I am working towards ending this though. I started planning dinners for the week this week. Just started yesterday. I have a feeling that this is going to help a lot. I went to the grocery last night and spent less than normal, too. My plan is to get home and start cooking right away so I don't have…

For breakfast I've been eating 2 eggs scrambled and cooked in the microwave. I put them on 2 slices of 35 calorie bread. Then I add salsa and a slice of American cheese. This is very filling and keeps good until lunch.

I have more energy already!

I need to lose 80. I have already lost 10 just by making sure I have a calorie deficit every day.

I thought I have read that gallbladder problems can develop after rapid weight loss. For instance, people who have weight loss surgery run the risk of gallbladder problems.

Your stats are close to mine. I hope I have your success. I am doing pretty much what you did but I just started.

Today I had an amy's frozen dinner. :) I am hoping that I read the code right and it wasn't one of the recalled ones. :)

I eat breakfast that is usually 300 calories. At work I usually have about 500-600 calories. Which leaves me about 700 calories in the evening. I don't really snack in the evening I just eat way to large of meals. High calorie comfort dinners. So I guess I know where the problem is and that is a good thing. Now I just got…

I agree with the 5 minute thing! It works for me!

Exercise is supposed to help with stress and fatigue. If you are like me you will be disappointed if you don't go later on. :)

I want to nibble when I get tired or stressed. I think I need to meditate, take a nap, or go for a walk instead. Cleaning might help me too though.

Today is subway but I planned my sandwich on the website so I know exactly how many calories it will be. I'm still trying to decide whether the cheese is worth the extra calories.

I think what you did was a good strategy. You replaced what you were opening with something with less calories and healthier.

I sometimes think the squares are easier to keep eating than the slices. I think I am going to stick to Pita, english muffin, and lean cusine pizzas for a while.

High protein cereal and organic whole milk

I love fried foods more than sweets too!
-
That is a good idea. I think I'm going to have to start doing that for now until I am better at portion control.
-
That does sound good!
-
I see a difference for sure! Keep up what you are doing. You are very inspiring to me!
-
Oh wow! That is great! :) Maybe some of your loss energy can head my way! Keep it up!

I used to quit myfitness pal or weight watchers if I wasn't perfect. This time it is different. If I have a bad day, learn from it and do better the next day.
