JM 30 DS along with 30 days squat challenge
Well i am through 4th day of JM 30 DS, and i wanna start the squat challenge as well, Will it be too much? I goto gym for cardio for one hour 5 days a week, will it be too much?

Okay so my BMR is 1669, i weigh 87 kgs currently and wanna get down to 52 kgs slowly and keep it off, and I workout religiously which makes my TDEE around 2500, now i know i must be eating 2000 calories if i am targeting a 500 calorie deficit, but God knows i can not eat more than 1400-1500 calories :( I have tried hard…
