Can anyone tell me why after having weight loss at 2lb a week since last November i havent had anything happen for the last eight weeks. I am not doing anything any difference and i am afraid i will lose my will power very soon if i dont see any more results. PLEASE HELP!
My daily goal before exercise is 1200 calories. I have been eating 1200 calories but after i have excercised my net total goes up. I never go much past 1200 but sometimes my net can be 1500 or more. Should i eat upto those 1500 or am i better off sticking to the 1200 calories. HELP!
