My daily goal before exercise is 1200 calories. I have been eating 1200 calories but after i have excercised my net total goes up. I never go much past 1200 but sometimes my net can be 1500 or more. Should i eat upto those 1500 or am i better off sticking to the 1200 calories. HELP!

You have to eat at least 1200 calories for healthy function of your body. If you exercise, the calories do go up, and you'd have to eat 1500/day to maintain. Since you want to lose weight, I'd say eat about half of them back.0
