Just looking for advice Right now I am eating natural carbs (yeah me) and I work out 5 days a week, every day I do 30 -45 mins of cardio and strength training (different body part everyday). My question is how many grams of carbs should I eat per day, I weight 151, and I am 4'11 my goal is to lose 1 pound a week
