Almost hit my first weight-loss goal
Today I've officially hit the 10lbs lost mark, which leaves me with about 4lbs left until I meet my first weight-loss goal! This is the first time in my ENTIRE life that I have ever been this close to reaching a weight-loss goal, period. I have to say it feels pretty amazing. :bigsmile:

Working-out at home literally makes me sick. Why?
Wondering if this happens to anyone else, or if anyone has an explanation. I can go to the gym and do a full 60 mins of cardio with pretty much no issue, however when I try to do cardio type work-outs at home, I seriously end up feeling sick. Anyone else find that this happens to them?? It's so strange! :ohwell:

Itchy tummy when working out
I've noticed that there are times when I am doing cardio that the skin on my stomach gets very itchy. Anyone know why this happens?? It's so strange!

No cals burned for strength?
Just wondering why MFP doesn't log burned calories for things such as crunches or sit-ups? Do you really not burn any cals doing these?
