Now that I am at my goal (well 2lbs away) I see that I think I can lose a few more. I wanted to get to 125, but now that I'm pretty much there, I see that I can prob still take a few more off, so now I'm aiming at 115. After I hit that I would like to focus on more strength building. So I still have work to do.. I was just…

Your results are amazing!! Great job!! I had a c-section almost 10 years ago, but I never really took losing the weight seriously till now. I can see that my lower stomach is getting smaller, but I wondered if that skin would ever really go away. Your pictures are inspiring!

With the exception of one, these were all great insights and gave me some things to consider. Thanks everyone! :flowerforyou:

And you're sweet. Thanks for speaking words of encouragement. You're totally perfect, I'm assuming? Have a wonderful day and enjoy being perfect.

I try not to, however if I'm feeling hungry then I will. Why not? Because I feel like I worked hard to get those calories out of me, I don't want to put them back in. LOL  I know others will disagree with that, but, you just have to do what works for you and what feels right for your body. Most of the time I'm not…

I just do them to do them.. not very often though. I typically work on the treadmill, elliptical and bike. Once in a while I'll throw in some sit-ups just because it makes me feel more productive really, lol. I wasn't asking for sit-ups in general.. I had just noticed that when I do anything strength related MFP was not…

Thanks so much!! I feel better about my sit-ups now, lol. Every calorie counts!!
