Logging Les Mills Pump workouts?
Hi guys! I just received Les Mills Pump in the mail, and I've started to do it. But how do you log it as cardiovascular exercise? Do you log it as strength training or circuit traning? There's too much of a caloric difference between the two, so any input here would be great!

Withings WiFi Scale
So, I read about the Withings scale online (www.withings.com) a few months ago, and I decided that it would be my reward for losing 10 pounds. I'm down 10 pounds, so I just ordered the scale. I'm just wondering, does anyone else have one? If you do, what do you think of it? I'm excited to get it and try it out! :smile:
