My first NSV!
I'm starting to notice I'm losing my butt, in the mirror, and obviously in the clothes I wear. YAY! So far, since I've started on May 26th, I've lost 24 pounds and almost 2 belt sizes (can go down 2 sizes, but just a wee bit tight).

Weight loss...but only in water weight?
In the past calendar week, I've lost 4.7 pounds after weighing in at my dietician's office. What I'm seeing, though, is my fat percentage not going down the past couple of weeks, but up, from 54.3% to 58.1%. Low carb foods?
Hi all. My dietician has restricted my daily carb intake to no more than 100g a day. Before, I was alloted 100-150g. With this new restriction, I find it hard to stay within it.
