Im starting March 18!
I have used ideal shape in the past but just as a meal replacement when I didn't have time to make anything for myself. Starting Monday I will be replacing a meal everyday with ideal shape! & will post on this thread to keep it updated!

Starting out on 30 DS I wasn't even a little bit in shape. I feel & notice myself becoming stronger. Now for the good stuff, during this I lost a total of 20 lbs! Starting RI30 Today!
Today will be my first day in ripped in 30 after doing the 30 day shred! I am very excited! If anyone else has recently started this add me ;)

Just finished day 1 L3--
Level 3 feels so simple compared to level 2... I actually enjoyed it! Level 2 was causing me some major shin splints from all of the leaping around like a frog. i am relieved that level 3 seems to involve more strength. Im feeling lighter and stronger. :) Happy Shredding!

Staying motivated at the beginning?!
How do yall stay motivated after first starting a weight loss journey? I always find myself slacking after about two weeks. I think maybe I push to hard at first and should ease into it? Idk. What do you do to stay motivated during the first month or before working out becomes a habit?
